The Century Plaza Towers property contains two 44-story high rise towers initially served by a district heating and cooling plant. New central 6,400-ton chilled water and 48,000-MBTUH hot water systems were constructed vertically within the existing underground parking structure with associated electrical upgrades and cooling tower plant on grade within an architectural enclosure.
