The UC/CSU/IOU Energy Conservation MBCx project at the CSU San Jose Moss Landing Marine Laboratories included a 60,000 square foot laboratory, aquarium, library and administration building. Scope included installation of the permanent monitoring systems, systems analysis with construction and repairs planning.
