Commissioning, in short, is part of the documented assurance that the building equipment and systems are performing to the owner’s criteria.
S3 works in concert with our client’s staff establishing performance metrics to ensure the design build schematic and construction documents are developed to meet the owner’s criteria. We then actively work hand-in-hand with contractors submitting, testing and documenting though out construction. After functional testing, systems are performance tested to ensure continuous compliance with the owner’s criteria is met.
We never merely report or recommend, we follow through and stay totally immersed until the project is completed to the client’s satisfaction.
